Digital Shamans are professional video game developers and freelance artists, whose common passion is creating art for video games.
We form an outsourcing studio to help developers make their games faster, while raising artistic, emotional and production value.
We concept design and create fully functional, performance friendly 3d game assets and environments.
Also providing assistance in game development itself, accessing project repositories and work in game engines.
In our core is a small, collaborative, quality and self-development oriented savvy team, which consists of both game dev veterans and bold young artists.

About The Role
As a project and outsource manager you will be working remotely with clients, production team and C-level management.
Candidates need to have experience in a similar production-managerial role and also as a 3D Artist.
It is expected You are well organised, with strong management skills, relatively strong artistic background and ability to say no.
This is a growing and versatile role.
Meaning, it starts as a part-time job and will grow up to a full permanent role eventually.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Core Responsibilities:
- Making sure that communication with clients and within the team is uninterrupted and taking ownership for part of it.
- Making sure deadlines are being kept.
- Representing our tribe's values and culture.
- Working closely with the Production Teams, Art Director, Operations Manager and QA.
- Proactively acting to improve our pipelines..
- Operational Risk Management and prediction.
- Turning ideas into reality.
- Constant introducing critical thinking to the team.
- Bringing discipline and organization to our creative team.
- Internal (with team members) and external (with clients) communication.
- Taking part in developing working practices, pipelines and the culture.
- Proactively working on improving our operational system by leveraging experience from the industry at first.
- Introducing, implementing, expanding managing practices.
- Mediating in feedback exchange.
- Managing information flow within the company and with clients.
- Sharing and exchanging responsibilities with Operations Manager when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the schedules of multiple departments within the game team, to ensure that milestones are agreed, detailed and delivered as expected
- Assist in creating milestone content and realistic production schedules in coordination with team leads and management
- Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and design goals
- Manage communication of project progress to Leads and , COO and Art Director
- Ensure each team member is working from a tracked schedule and has a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for the quality and timeliness of their contribution
- Ensure effective communication, foster positive working relationships and teamwork
